The park was still nice and the kids had a good time, so I can’t say it was a bad day out. But it used to feel like you got a lot more for what you paid. The ticket price is already high, and then food, drinks, and little extras start adding up really fast. It’s fine if you’re going once for the experience, but I’m not sure the value is really there anymore.

Most of the rides felt old and rough, and a lot of the attractions were just kind of boring. We tried to make the most of it, but it didn’t really feel worth the drive or the money. I also tried reaching out afterward with a question/complaint, and it felt like I just got stuck in a support loop with generic replies and no real help. Overall, not an experience we’d rush back for.

We had my son’s birthday party here and it went really well. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff had everything moving without it feeling stressful. The kids were having fun nonstop, which was the biggest win. I also really appreciated that the party room was clean and already set up nicely, and when we needed extra plates and napkins someone brought them over right away. The food came out hot too, especially the pizza, which the kids actually sat down long enough to eat. It was a little busy, but nothing too crazy. We’d definitely come back for another party or even just a fun day out.

We had a decent time at Epic Waters overall, and the kids definitely enjoyed themselves. That said, I did have some concerns about the safety side of things. Some of the lifeguards were clearly paying attention and doing their job well, but a few seemed distracted or not as focused as I’d expect in a place full of kids and water. Nothing bad happened during our visit, thankfully, but it just seems like common sense that all lifeguards should be consistently alert. It was still a fun day, but I’d feel better coming back if the safety monitoring felt a little more reliable across the board.

The staff were super friendly and genuinely helpful. I only had a quick question at first, but they made everything feel easy, and it just put me in a good mood. Funny how that kind of thing sticks with you.

Am I the only one who felt totally lost the whole time? We had a frustrating visit because the signs inside just weren’t clear. We kept wandering around trying to find the lockers, bathrooms, and even the right entrance for the slides. A couple staff members pointed us in different directions too, which didn’t help. For such a big place, I really expected the wayfinding to be a lot better. We spent way too much time just trying to figure out where to go.

I really liked the tropical waterpark feel inside. It had a fun, relaxed vibe that made the place feel different and enjoyable. There were maybe a couple small things that weren’t perfect, but nothing that bothered me much overall.

I stopped by once and they were already closing early, which was kind of annoying. Most of the time the posted hours seem accurate, but I wouldn’t totally count on them every time

I went with my kids last weekend, and they had a great time for the first hour or so. After a while though, I started noticing how much the place needed cleaning. The bathrooms were gross, the floors were wet in several spots, and there was trash sitting around some tables for way too long while we were there. I also noticed a few lockers and showers that looked like they weren’t working. The staff we interacted with were nice enough, but it really felt like maintenance has fallen behind. For the price, I expected the place to be kept up a lot better

Found a spot right away and had no stress getting in or leaving after. why can’t other places get their act together like this? It’s ridiculous how often parking is a nightmare elsewhere.

I took my 4 and 6 year old, and they did enjoy the little splash area. But the bigger slides, crowds, and noise made the whole place feel overwhelming with younger kids. Lifeguards were around, which was good, but I still didn’t feel like I could really relax. After spending the day there, I kind of lost trust that it’s a place where I can just let the kids have fun without constantly being on edge. It was okay overall, just not the easy family outing I was hoping for.

To be fair, it seemed like a popular spot, but it was just way too crowded when I went. I ended up waiting forever, and by the time I got through it, I wasn’t really able to enjoy the experience.

Overall, the rules were handled well. Most guests were acting totally fine, and the staff did a really good job keeping things fair for everyone.

Paying online was really easy and I didn’t run into any issues there. I just had to dig around a bit to find the refund and cancellation rules. It wasn’t a big deal, but I really wish that info was easier to find

Wheelchair access was good during our visit. Most areas were easy to move through, and the staff were helpful when we needed a hand. The elevator did get a bit backed up, and I think the signs could be clearer, but overall it worked fine for our disabled guest and was useful for making the visit smoother.

The checkout page froze on me, and the tickets still ended up coming late. It was just a frustrating experience overall.

I bought our season passes online, the whole thing was way more confusing than I expected. I kept trying to figure out if my membership was actually active or if the kids were linked right, and then I’d click somewhere else and wait, why is it showing something different now?

I ended up having to message and call to get it sorted out, which was fine, but then I still got mixed answers about renewal stuff and guest tickets. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just one of those things where you think it’ll take five minutes and suddenly you’re annoyed an hour later.

The park itself is fun, and that’s why we got the passes in the first place, but managing everything through the website really needs to be easier. For what it costs, I feel like the pass setup and account info should be a lot more straightforward.

I took my kids here and overall we had an okay time. Compared to a few other water parks we’ve been to, the slides and pools were definitely fun, and the kids enjoyed themselves, but it felt a bit more crowded and less relaxing for me. Seating was limited, so finding a spot to settle in wasn’t easy. The bathrooms were fine, nothing terrible but nothing special either. Food options were decent, just more expensive than I would’ve liked. It’s a good place for a few hours of fun, but I do wish it had felt a little more comfortable.

The place itself was fine in my opinion, nothing really wrong with it once we got there. The main issue for us was the location. If you’re not driving, it feels inconvenient. We ended up using rideshares most of the time, and that added up way faster than I expected. Parking also seemed a little chaotic when we visited, with a lot of cars around and not much clarity on where people were supposed to go. I think the experience would be a lot smoother with better transit options or at least clearer signs in the area.

The food was okay, nothing too special, but the drinks came out really fast. i kind of blame the kitchen for the meal feeling average, because the bar side clearly had things moving.
